As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partners with Hiring Managers to develop and implement full-cycle recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Creates data-driven reports on recruitment, retention, and compliance, presenting insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Evaluating HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing the organizational culture, providing recommendations for improving talent acquisition, staff retention, motivation, and addressing compliance requirements.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Conduct reference and background checks on applicants.
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Reports to management and provides decision support through HR metrics.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of proven working experience as an HR assistant.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Preferably Egyptian national.
