We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tenders Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing tendering processes and ensuring compliance with regulations while contributing to our procurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage tender documents for procurement projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Utilize SAP ARIBA and Oracle systems for tender management and supplier relationship management.
- Analyze and assess bids from suppliers and vendors and make recommendations for selection.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs and finalize tender specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive records of the tendering process and related correspondence.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tender management or procurement within the private sector.
- Familiarity with SAP ARIBA and Oracle software is essential.
