Technical Sales Executive
Overview: The TSE is responsible for overseeing and optimizing retail activities in the assigned region/s. Your primary focus will involve enhancing relationships with existing retail dealers and distributors while expanding the network by appointing new outlets and distributors. You will ensure efficient product management, marketing strategies, and provide support to drive day-to-day sales activities. As with all employees, the TSE is responsible for ensuring professional ethics are never compromised, understanding and complying with company and regulatory policies and procedures. Always treat all internal and external resources with respect, communicating, reinforcing and leveraging the unique value of each individual and always acting with the highest degree of honesty and integrity. Models and acts in accordance with company’s mission, vision, core values, priorities and brand promises. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
1.Servicing Current Retail Dealers and Distributors:
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing retail partners.
Address their needs, resolve issues, and ensure optimal product availability.
2.Product and Supply Management:
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishments, and manage supply chains.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality products.
3.Product Marketing and Display:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance product visibility.
Oversee product displays and promotional materials in retail outlets.
4.Contractor and Specifiers Meetings:
Conduct meetings with contractors and specifiers to promote products and secure contracts.
5.Appointing New Distributors and Retail Outlets:
Identify and appoint new distributors in the designated regions.
Expand the retail network by appointing new outlets, focusing on waterproofing, marble, and flooring products.
6.Training Sessions:
Conduct training sessions for retail partners to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
7.Assistance with Day-to-Day Sales:
Provide ongoing support to retail partners in managing their day-to-day sales activities.
Offer guidance and assistance in addressing sales challenges
Nonessential Job Functions:

Job Specifications/Skills:
1.Valid driver’s license for the applicable region/country.
2.Strong understanding of supply chain management and product life
3.Proven experience in retail operations, preferably within the building materials or construction industry.
4.Multilingual would be advantageous. (English, Arabic etc.)
5.Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including retail partners, distributors, and internal teams. Clear and concise communication is essential for fostering relationships andconveying information.
6.Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating terms, contracts, and agreements with retail partners anddistributors to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
7.Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with current andprospective retail partners, enhancing collaboration and trust.
8.Problem-Solving Abilities: Aptitude for identifying issues, analyzing data, and devising solutions to addresschallenges in supply chain management, sales, or retail operations.

Minimum Educational Requirements:
15.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
