Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth in the Saudi Arabian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the human resources or recruitment agency sector, with a proven track record of achieving business targets. This role requires market knowledge, excellent client relationship management skills, and an ability to identify new opportunities within the HR and recruitment landscape.


Key Responsibilities


1. **Business Development Strategy**  

  - Develop and implement a strategic plan to acquire new clients and expand market share in the HR and recruitment industry.

  - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, partnerships, and competitor strategies in Saudi Arabia.


2. **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**  

  - Identify and approach potential clients, including government entities, corporations, and SMEs, presenting the company’s HR and recruitment services.

  - Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand client needs, expectations, and long-term goals.

  - Engage in consultative selling to offer customized HR solutions that add value to client operations.


3. **Sales & Revenue Generation**  

  - Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs.

  - Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimates for prospective clients.

  - Negotiate terms and close contracts that ensure long-term engagement with clients.


4. **Market Insights & Analysis**  

  - Stay updated with trends, regulatory changes, and challenges in the Saudi HR and recruitment market.

  - Provide insights and feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and competitor performance.


5. **Networking & Partnerships**  

  - Actively participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company’s services and build a professional network.

  - Establish partnerships with key industry players to enhance service offerings and expand the company's reach.


6. **Collaboration & Reporting**  

  - Work closely with internal teams (HR, Operations, Sales, and Marketing) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

  - Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales activities, pipelines, and client feedback for management review.

Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  2. - Minimum 2–10 years of business development experience within the human resources or recruitment agency industry, specifically for the Saudi Arabian market.
  3. - Strong knowledge of HR and recruitment practices, regulations, and trends in Saudi Arabia.
  4. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business growth in a similar industry.
  5. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. - Ability to work independently with a strategic mindset and analytical approach.
  7. - Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
