The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in contract management, negotiation, and compliance within a business setting. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure that contracts are executed effectively and align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding contract-related issues.
Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify risks and opportunities.
Develop and implement contract management processes and best practices.
Maintain a comprehensive contract database and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Collaborate with legal teams to address complex contract matters.
Train and mentor junior staff on contract management procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of contract law and corporate governance.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CCM) is a plus.
Experience in TABUK NEOM preferred.
