Key Responsibilities
· Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment,
· Back-End Architecture: Design and oversee the development of robust back-end architecture and services for our logistics applications.
· Data Solutions: Implement efficient and secure data storage solutions using MySQL and other relevant database technologies.
· API Development: Build and maintain RESTul APs to facilitate effective communication between front-end and back-end components.
· Collaboration: Work closely with front-end teams to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive user experience.
· Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance. scalability, and security.
· Lifecycle Participation: Oversees the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment
· Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, ‘suggesting improvements and Innovations.
· Guidance and Mentorship: Share your expertise and best practices with junior developers, guiding their professional growth.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a full stack developer, with 8 strong emphases on back-end development.
Proficient in PHP, Laravel, and the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL PHP).
Experienced in building and integrating Restful APIs with front-end applications
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Familiarity with modern frontend technologies such as React, React Native, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Proven experience in developing and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
Understanding of containerization and cloud-based deployment (e. Docker, GCP, AWS).
Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred.
