Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics. A solid understanding of financial concepts is a must.
  • Master’s in business administration (MBA) and Professional Certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is an added value.

Industry Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in financial services, audit, consulting, or related industries.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in a B2B environment.

Knowledge of Audit, Finance, and Consultancy Services:

  • Familiarity with audit services, financial advisory, and consulting processes to clearly understand client needs and recommend the right solutions.
  • Understanding of compliance, risk management, and Saudi regulations (e.g., IFRS) as they apply to different clients.

Data Analysis and Reporting Skills:

  • Ability to interpret financial data to identify sales opportunities and build compelling sales strategies.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Strong negotiation skills for closing deals and managing contract discussions, especially for high-stakes corporate clients.
  • Experience in proposal development and responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) to tailor services to client needs.

Advanced Communication and Presentation Tools:

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create financial presentations, sales pitches, and reports.
