Payroll Accountant

Saudi
  • Handling daily tasks of payroll ( annual leaves, overtime, loans, deductions , advance salary etc.).
  • Very good in calculation of EOS & Annual leaves
  • Adding and modifying employees payment information.
  • Respond to payroll issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and managers.
  • Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates.
  • Prepare reports for Payroll Manager, Finance department & as requested .... etc.
  • Implements appropriate policies and procedures to achieve Herfy goals and objectives in pursuit of Standards of operations & Performance Improvement.



Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, or relevant.
  • More than 5 years of experience in Payroll.
  • Very good in MS Office programs specially in Excel.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi Labor law, Mudad & GOSI.
  • Good level of English language ( Writing & talking ).
  • Problem Solving Skill.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
