We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Fighting Technician to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Fire Fighting Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire safety systems and equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fire safety regulations and protocols, as well as technical knowledge in fire detection and suppression systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect and test fire safety systems and equipment, including fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, and suppression systems.
2. Install and configure fire safety systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and comply with local regulations.
3. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fire safety systems and equipment, identifying and resolving any issues or malfunctions.
4. Conduct fire safety drills and train employees on fire safety protocols and procedures.
5. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for the installation and maintenance of fire safety systems.
6. Keep accurate records of inspections, tests, and repairs, maintaining proper documentation for regulatory compliance.
7. Stay updated on the latest advancements in fire safety technology and regulations, and make recommendations for system upgrades or improvements.

Skills

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a Fire Fighting Technician or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards.
3. Experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire safety systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, and suppression systems.
4. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fire safety systems, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Knowledge of fire safety regulations and codes.
8. Technical expertise in fire detection and suppression systems.
