The Head of Sponsorship and Marcom is a pivotal role within our marketing department, responsible for driving our sponsorship strategy and overseeing all marketing communications initiatives. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sponsorship management and marketing communications. The ideal candidate will lead a team to develop innovative sponsorship programs that align with our brand objectives and enhance our market presence. This role demands a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and consumer behavior to create impactful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sponsorship strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing goals.
  2. Oversee the planning and execution of marketing communications initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  3. Manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders to maximize collaboration and sponsorship opportunities.
  4. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform sponsorship decisions and marketing strategies.
  5. Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sponsorship programs and marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary.
