Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Summary: The Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring the efficient delivery of services that meet client expectations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee and improve operational processes to align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service Delivery Management
  • Oversee the execution of service delivery, ensuring that client requirements are met within quality standards and timelines.
  • Manage client relationships, address feedback, and resolve service issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  1. Operational Efficiency
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor service delivery metrics and report on operational performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
  1. Team Coordination
  • Coordinate with different departments, including HR, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Supervise team members, provide guidance, and monitor their performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  1. Compliance and Safety
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards across operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure all operational processes meet regulatory requirements.
  1. Inventory and Resource Management
  • Manage and monitor inventory, equipment, and other resources to support continuous operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain adequate resource levels.
  1. Reporting and Documentation
  • Prepare reports on operations, including budgets, costs, and resource allocation, for management review.
  • Maintain accurate records of operations and ensure all documentation is up to date.
  1. Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance the company’s service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations, preferably in a service-based company.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
