We are seeking a creative Senior Digital Marketing Officer to enhance our online presence and support the growth of our medical health services and staffing solutions. This role will develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive lead generation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, email, SEO, and PPC) to promote our services, with a special focus on paramedic solutions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create engaging content (blogs, posts, newsletters) that resonates with target audiences in the healthcare and staffing sectors.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep our strategies innovative.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B & B2C experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical services industry is a plus but not required.
Preferred:
- Background in the healthcare sector, particularly in marketing paramedic or staffing services.
- Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
