On behalf of our global client, we are seeking a People Services Director to lead People Services strategy, aligning initiatives with business goals and overseeing Operations, Employee Relations, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to create a culture of engagement and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy: Attract and retain top talent in alignment with company values.
- Employee Engagement: Implement programs for engagement, satisfaction, and growth.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws and ethical practices.
- Performance Management: Oversee evaluations, feedback, and goal-setting systems.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Drive initiatives for an inclusive work culture.
- Strategic HR Alignment: Collaborate with leadership on HR strategies.
- Workforce Planning: Align staffing with strategic objectives.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and foster collaboration.
- Learning & Development: Address training needs, especially in healthcare.
- Health & Wellness: Promote programs for a healthier workplace.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration; Master’s preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance; healthcare experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Skilled in prioritizing, adapting, and problem-solving collaboratively.
- Proficient in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook.
