This full-time position is open to candidates with iqama transfers as well as those requiring new work visas from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Saudi Aramco is preferred
Scope of Work
- Supervising of training program :
- Oversee the daily training activities to ensure adherence to program standards.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees, facilitating a productive learning environment.
- Address any challenges faced by trainees promptly to enhance their learning experience.
- Review and Audit Curricula:
- Assess existing training materials and curricula for relevance and effectiveness.
- Recommend updates or modifications based on industry standards and administration feedback.
- Ensure that all training programs align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Evaluation of Trainees:
- Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess trainee progress and competency.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to trainees.
- Maintain records of trainee performance and development for reporting purposes.
- Follow-Up with Management :
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for continuous improvement in training programs.
- Communicate with relevant officials to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous development by proposing new initiatives and training opportunities.
