Job Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Head of Growth to drive our expansion and presence in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, creating strategic partnerships, ensuring we attract and retain top talent, and achieving profitability. Key Responsibilities:
Drive Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with business partners to provide market insights for the adoption of Bayt products
Create Partnerships:
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with government entities,private sector entities and universities.
- Deliver superior growth and leading customer satisfaction in emerging markets
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance brand presence and foster mutually beneficial relationships.
- Having partnerships with PR and Media Agencies
Talent Management:
- Ensure we attract, recruit, and retain the best talent in the industry.
- Recruit, train, lead and coach first line and second line managers, account executives
- Develop and implement training programs to continuously upskill the team.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment to motivate and engage employees.
- Support and grow employees and make sure we always work with the best talent
Team Training and Development:
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities and performance.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members to support their professional growth.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Represent the company in meetings with potential partners, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build and maintain relationships.
Profit and Loss Management:
- Ensure the business unit operates profitably by managing budgets and financial performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.
