Role – Customer Support Coordinator
Location – Al Khobar, Saudi
Salary – SAR 7500
The job covers all aspects of order fulfillment for external customers, from order inquiry to shipment and invoicing. The Job also requires fulfilling all logistics and warehousing data entry & and follow-up activity.
Responsibilities:
• On time Order Confirmation to assigned Customers
• Effective Co-ordination with Imports and Warehouse on timely deliveries to customers.
• Planning shipments and communicating effectively to customers.
• Sales order processing
• Order entry of all inter-company purchase orders
• Daily delivery plan for the next day to customers
• Execute any urgent assignments
• Follow up collection of orders based on planned delivery
• Error free shipping documentation generation
• Provide accurate information on stock and location.
• Day to day administrative duties relating to sales support.
• Arrange for on time delivery of goods
• Handle assigned Customer queries on Order Status.
• Error Free shipping documentation
• Maintaining Shipment tracker as per outlined criteria
Requirements
• Bachelors degree.
• Experience in Customer Service and Warehouse operations
• Candidates preferred from Industrial Machinery Manufacturing/Logistics companies.
