About the Role:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service to our users. You will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions or escalating complex issues as necessary. Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience or related role preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!
- Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, chat, or in-person
- Demonstrates proficiency in Arabic and, often, English as well
- Learn the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Develops strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Must be Saudi
