The Executive Office Manager will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth operations of the executive office. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The candidate must also possess strong data analysis and reporting skills to help the CEO make data-driven decisions.

Executive Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to the CEO's office.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and other activities.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, conferences, and company events.
Office Management:
- Maintain an efficient and well-organized executive office.
- Ensure timely communication and dissemination of information to and from the CEO.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to generate reports for the CEO.
- Present data insights and trends to aid in decision-making processes.
- Develop and manage performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Support business planning and strategy development with data-driven analysis.
Project Management:
- Assist in the coordination of company-wide projects and strategic initiatives.
- Track progress of key projects and report updates to the CEO.
- Liaise with department heads and teams to ensure alignment with the CEO’s priorities.
Communication & Liaison:
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and the executive team, as well as other stakeholders.
- Draft emails, letters, memos, and other communication materials.
- Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accurate recording of minutes and action items.
Skills:
- Analytical: Proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Technical: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Organizational: Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong relationship-building skills.
- Problem Solving: Ability to handle a variety of tasks and work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure executive environment.
- Previous experience supporting a CEO or senior executive is preferred.
