Job Purpose:
Responsible for growing ASD presence in the OP market segment in assigned territory by increasing number of key accounts. Tasked with enabling growth of volume and revenue through Pay for Performance CDA’s and aligning customers to Volume Producing initiatives and Key Account activities by managing the implementation of a Key Accounts Promotional calendar and leading its successful implementation at outlet level, while ensuring all assigned accounts comply with ASD performance standards and commitments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Key Accounts Strategy and Plan for the territory with the objective of growing the number of key accounts as well as enabling growth in volume, revenue, and share in assigned accounts, as per AOP
- Develop, maintain and grow business relations by ensuring all key decision-makers in the Accounts are engaged on a regular basis
- Build and ensure implementation of account-specific standards for products range, promotions, pricing, and equipment, with the objective of increasing ASD presence in assigned accounts
- Develop, sell, and execute CDAs with identified customers to ensure leading Al Safi Danone presence at the outlet level and enabling growth in volume, revenue, and share in assigned accounts
- Communicate standard CDA terms and customer commitments to KAEs and ensure timely execution of promotions in assigned accounts by cascading a promotions calendar to the KAEs for execution
- Own the Identification and evaluation of new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers) and developing targets with the objective of growing volume, revenue, and share in the territory as per AOP
- Work closely with the execution team manager or branches section head to ensure 100% of CDA compliance achievement by against presence condition in signed CDA
- Ensure that all departmental reports of Localization department are prepared timely and accurately and meet the company and department requirements, standards, policies, and procedures.
Skills
Qualifications:
- FMCG / Food & Beverages.
- ·Minimum of 6-8 years of cumulative experience in sales and key account selling in the FMCG / Beverages industry.
- Good understanding of the market dynamics and negotiation skills
- A University degree is essential, along with proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Exposure to operating in an ERP environment is desirable and proficiency in MS Office is essential.
