Participate in the design and implementation of CRM Solutions department's strategy and roadmap to support alignment with Enterprise Solutions directorate's strategyEstablish CRM Solutions department's plans and provide input to Enterprise Solutions directorate's goals that support AI & AT business unit's overall strategic plansParticipate in CRM Solutions department's budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting processEnsure effective utilization of CRM Solutions department's budget and report accurately on progress made and challenges encounteredRecommend improvements to CRM Solutions department's policies and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activity, ensuring relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results
Profile
6 to 8 years of experience in Organizational Design with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory positionBachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent is requiredMaster's degree in engineering, Technology or equivalent is preferred or other graduation stream with relevant experience
