We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Arabic Speaker. to lead our ride-sharing and transportation services company. The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mobility and transportation industry, strong leadership skills, and a track record of successfully scaling technology-driven businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan to achieve growth, profitability, and market leadership in the ride-sharing industry.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the company delivers exceptional service while optimizing efficiency and reducing costs.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally, to expand the company’s footprint.
- Technology and Innovation: Drive innovation by investing in cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance the customer experience, improve driver efficiency, and maintain a competitive edge.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, partners, and customers.
- Talent Management: Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent across the organization, fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, and accountability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, particularly those related to transportation, safety, and data privacy.

- Crisis Management: Lead the company through challenges and crises, maintaining stability and guiding the organization toward recovery and growth.
- Board Collaboration: Work closely with the Board of Directors to align on strategic goals, provide regular updates on company performance, and ensure effective governance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of leadership experience in the technology, transportation, or mobility sectors, with at least 5 years in a C-level or senior executive role.
- Proven track record of scaling a technology-driven company, ideally in the ride-sharing or logistics industry.
- Experience with venture-backed or publicly traded companies is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the ride-sharing, transportation, and mobility ecosystem, including market trends, regulatory environments, and competitive dynamics.
- Familiarity with the latest technology advancements in mobility, such as autonomous vehicles, AI, and mobile app development.
