Marketing Analyst / Coordinator

Summary:


  • Involves supporting the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Marketing Coordinator to work closely with various departments to ensure all marketing activities align with business goals.
  • Marketing analyst as to conduct and prepare market research, coordinates events, manages content creation, and tracks the performance of marketing efforts to optimize results.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Support in preparing marketing industry reports (market trends, specific industry reports).
  • Handles high-level management general affairs.
  • Support in arranging business meetings with clients.
  • Assisting in managing and leading business and technical industry events.
  • Support in leading the team for the whole event execution.
  • Handling all company registration with active clients.


Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor of Marketing / Business Administration, or similar.
  • 5 ~ 10 years’ experience as marketing coordinator related to Hydrocarbon Construction industry.
  • Experience to work related to Projects of Saudi Aramco, Sabic is preferred.
  • Able to analyze, process and deliver market data (industry-specific, micro and macroeconomics).
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, confidently.
  • Should have good influence, networking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive, proactive, independent, and transparent attitude.
  • Must have excellent skills in MS office (Word, Excel , PPT).
  • Must have skills on report writing.
  • Should have good knowledge on construction industry and business process.
  • Must be fluent in English ,both written and spoken.
  • Arabic, Korean will be an added advantage.
