Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operational Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with the ability to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of quality in production and service delivery. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of our business, from design and manufacturing to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement efficient operational systems and processes to ensure seamless day-to-day management of the business.
- Production Management: Oversee the manufacturing and production of home decor products, ensuring quality control and timely delivery.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Manage and optimize the supply chain, from sourcing materials to inventory management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and reliability.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability across all departments.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational workflows to boost productivity, reduce waste, and maintain high standards.
- Budget Management: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency while meeting financial targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards, working closely with design teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operational processes comply with relevant regulations and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as an Operational Manager, ideally within the design, manufacturing, or luxury goods industry.
- Strong understanding of operations management, supply chain, and production processes.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach to driving team performance.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in the interior design or home decor sector is a plus.
