• Oversee construction projects from construction to completion
• Managing the variances (changes) effectively to ensure smooth progress of project
• Daily monitoring and controlling activities pertaining to construction, installation and commissioning.
• Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of project execution to avoid any type of incidents and or accidents. Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace
• Overall responsibility and ownership for achieving the objective and profitability of the project
• Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory bodies
• Reporting and tracking status reports

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Construction Engineering program and multi discipline major project management.
• A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in project implementation within construction sector
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
