Key Responsibilities:
1.Document and manage system procedures and communication methods.
2.Oversee new system implementations, including testing, adjustments, and formal delivery.
3.Handle evolutionary and corrective maintenance in response to organizational and legal changes.
4.Manage group department operations, handle agency requests, and oversee train orders.
5.Address passenger claims, compensation for delays/cancellations, and system failures.
6.Prepare reports for TGA and SAR, manage train creation, and adjust quotas as needed.
7.Administer PostgreSQL database, create Excel VBA processes, and generate reports using Excel/Power BI.
8.Ensure system operation aligns with user and customer needs in Arabia and manage system error corrections.
Skills
1.Passenger transportation sector experience is required (Rail/Metro/Airline)
2.Advanced knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Excel VBA.
3.Experience with ticketing systems, offer creation, and quota management
