  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss event details, progress, and any changes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.
  • Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and task lists.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary resources and services.
  • Ensure all event logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and catering, are properly arranged.
  • Budget Management:
  • Create and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within the allocated budget.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to obtain the best rates and services.
  • Prepare financial reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Event Execution:
  • Oversee the on-site execution of events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and according to plan.
  • Manage event staff and volunteers, providing clear instructions and support.
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during events, making quick decisions to resolve them.
  • Post-Event Activities:
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed event reports, including financial summaries and client feedback.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and discuss future event opportunities.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event promotion strategies and materials.
  • Utilize social media and other channels to promote events and engage with target audiences.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional content, including brochures, flyers, and online advertisements.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, event details, and financial transactions.
  • Update event management software and databases with relevant information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the event management team.


Skills

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and account management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for events.
