1. To review concept statement for each individual outlet and monitor carefully the responses.
2. To ensure that all the outlets back of the house and production area are managed efficiently according to operating standards as established in the concept standards and Departmental Operations Manual.
3. To monitor service and Food & Beverage standards in all outlets and to assist during peak periods.
4. To work with the outlet Managers and respective Outlet chefs to take corrective action where necessary.
5. To conduct daily operations briefings with the Outlet Managers.
6. To conduct monthly Food & Beverage Meeting.
7. To maintain all Food & Beverage records and forms as requested by Director of Food & Beverage, or General Manager.
8. To maintain a good working relationship with own colleagues and all other departments
9. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
10. To train outlet managers so that they are continuously able to operate independently.
11. To ensure that all Food & Beverage outlet managers sets good example for their staff to follow.
12. To assist in the building of an efficient Food & Beverage management team by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.
13. To supervise the performance of Food & Beverage team, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the Departmental Operations Manual
14. To supervise that all Food & Beverage staff have a complete understanding of and adhere to the location’s employee rules and regulations.
15. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities from the Director of Director of operation/General Manager.
16. 16.To assume the functions and responsibilities of a Duty Manager in accordance with the schedule Director of Operation
17. Follow up with site managers regarding permits and approvals from SABIC and ensure the availability of all required food supplies that help the workflow to proceed with perfection.
18. Preparing daily reports on site visits, what happened there, and the problems and solutions provided by each separate site
19. Follow up with the maintenance team and resolve any problems with operating equipment and devices
20. Follow up on the schedule of cars and drivers and their distribution by following up with site managers
21. Sending daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
22. Reviewing weekly site orders and reviewing approvals to recover amounts from SABIC
23. Responsible for improving the sites, training employees, and any observations, errors, or fines within the sites
