As a Bank Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily banking operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing banking processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the bank. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily banking operations, including transaction processing, account management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies related to banking operations
- Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the development and implementation of new banking products and services
- Provide support and training to staff on banking policies and procedures
- Prepare and maintain operational reports for management review

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
