Retail Operation Supervisor

Position Summary:

Eram Talent is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Retail Operation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Client retail stores. In this role, you will ensure that all operational processes run smoothly and efficiently while providing leadership to the store staff. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

  • Supervise daily retail operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
  • Implement and maintain operational procedures in alignment with company policies
  • Monitor store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as security protocols
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and loss prevention strategies


Team Leadership:

  • Train, mentor, and develop retail staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills
  • Conduct team meetings to communicate goals and motivate the staff
  • Set and review employee performance objectives, providing constructive feedback
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration


Customer Experience Management:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and promptly addressing any issues
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the shopping experience
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner


Sales and Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and drive sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement promotional strategies
  • Prepare reports on store performance and operational efficiency for upper management


Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of retail management principles and operational procedures
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Customer-focused with a passion for enhancing the shopping experience
