IT help Desk

Eram Talent is looking for a dedicated IT Help Desk professional to join our Client team,The IT Help Desk plays a crucial role in ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved efficiently,

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Document problems and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff when necessary
  • Assist with user account management and system access requests
  • Provide training and support to users on various IT tools and applications


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an IT help desk or support role
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, and other tech products
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL are a plus
