1、Bachelor degree or above in engineering or its specific field.
2、Has demonstrated experience in metallurgical industry or similar industry in its specific field area.
3、Has demonstrated contributions and track records in bringing value added to similar projects.
4、Has been recognized as expert Consultant.
5、Must have a thorough knowledge of project practices, economic principles, calculation methods, international codes, standards, procedures and specifications.
6、Provides guidance to the project design engineering work.
7、Shall be fluent in English
