Job Description:


MAPA Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team at Riyadh Office. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial reporting processes. Your expertise will contribute to our ongoing success in managing complex financial operations efficiently.


Responsibilities:


  • Financial Reporting and Analysis:

Working in close cooperation with the team, preparing IFRS-based financial statements and reporting in the relevant periods.

Checking the compliance of IFRS tables with accounting records and other reports.

Reporting to Financial Control Team in Turkiye.

  • Audit Process:

Managing the independent audit processes.

  • Control and Reconciliation:

Ensuring the operation of the control points and reconciliation processes created to ensure that the accounting records are carried out in an appropriate and error-free manner.

Checking the TPL financial statements prepared on a monthly basis before the month closing process.

  • Stakeholder Relations: 

Carrying out the shareholder and senior management relations, ensuring the creation of the requested reports.

  • Feasibility Studies and Analysis: 

Carrying out detailed feasibility studies, research, and critical analyses on reporting and tax issues.

  • Problem Identification and Solutions: 

Identifying problems related to financial issues, generating solutions by prioritizing and identifying underlying causes.

Skills

Qualifications:


  • Education: Graduated from related departments of universities.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Independent Audit or Budget and Financial Reporting (independent audit firm background (big4) is preferred).
  • Accounting Knowledge:Knowledge of general accounting, uniform chart of accounts, and IFRS.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office and excellent spreadsheet skills.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Analytical Skills:High degree of analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
  • Reporting Skills: High analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Process Improvement: Enthusiastic about process improvement and development.
  • Multi-Tasking:Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • ERP Experience:Preferably with SAP experience.
