The Senior Accountant position in Ar-Rawdha, Jeddah, offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in accounting and finance within the technical maintenance and repair industry. This role is ideal for those who are detail-oriented and possess a keen analytical mindset. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards.
  2. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
  3. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and prepare necessary documentation.
  4. Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
  5. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
  6. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  7. Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
  8. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
  9. Support the finance team in various projects and initiatives as needed.
  10. Train and mentor junior accounting staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Experience with ORACLE FUSION is a must
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  8. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  9. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  10. Experience in the technical maintenance and repair industry is a plus.
