Roll Purpose:

Optimizes UX to improve CX across digital and physical platforms, ensuring seamless and advanced customer interactions.


  • Digital Channel Oversight: Manage and optimize UX across digital platforms, including APIs and omnichannel integrations like WhatsApp, social media, and email.
  • Website Usability Management: Continuously improve website design and functionality to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Online Reviews and Surveys Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews; design and implement customer surveys to gather actionable insights.
  • Omnichannel Integration: Ensure consistent and effective customer communication across all digital channels, including on-facilities TV screens or other CX related hardware and software.
  • Physical Engagement Excellence: Develop and refine physical customer engagement systems, including queuing processes and guest reception protocols.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze user interaction data across platforms to inform UX improvements and report on CX metrics.
