Administrative Assistant

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and conferences with university partners.

  • Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official documents.

  • Maintain and organize project files, records, and databases.

  • Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, presentations, and research documentation.

  • Receive and review research proposals from universities and partners.

  • Arrange travel and accommodation for team members and visiting academics.

  • Prepare purchase requisitions and follow up the purchase process.

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in order.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events related to scientific collaboration.

  • Conduct literature reviews and gather relevant research data.

  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a scientific or academic setting.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
