The role of a Scaffolder is crucial in the construction and building industry, particularly in ensuring safety and efficiency on job sites. As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures, which provide support and access for construction workers. This position requires a keen understanding of safety protocols, as well as the ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights. Responsibilities:
- All MUST have TUV CERTIFICATE
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine scaffolding requirements.
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to safety regulations.
- Inspect scaffolding for stability and safety before use.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines on the job site.
- Provide assistance to other tradespeople as needed.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Participate in safety training and meetings to stay updated on best practices.
