Overview of the role

Join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Consultant and be the driving force behind boosting sales in the government, fleet, and private sectors for construction equipment products. Based in the vibrant cities of Jeddah, Dammam, and Riyadh, you will play a pivotal role in promoting FAMCO’s construction equipment products across Saudi Arabia.

 

What you will do

  • Achieve sales and gross profit margins to meet annual targets
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers
  • Establish and nurture connections with key accounts
  • Act as the go-to person for our product offerings, collaborating closely with the sales channel and key customers
  • Monitor sales progression and implement strategies to ensure sales plans are realized

 

Skills

Required skills to be successful

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering/Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in construction equipment
  • A track record of meeting sales targets and a deep understanding of the construction equipment market
  • Proven project management abilities

The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and you will be part of a team that values customer-centric approaches, effective communication, continuous self-improvement, and a results-oriented mindset. Your exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills will be essential, along with the ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels.
