Job Purpose
assist in ensuring that all the project developments are aligned with the RSG’s overall strategy and will support the establishment, development and success of the strategic direction. Participating in the preparation of Project Delivery Division activities related to reporting like the collation of data and presenting the data in orderly formats to create, maintain and develop Reports and Dashboards that will be distributed to internal and external stakeholders. You must have eye for detail and be precise in the preparation and delivery of your work.
Job Responsibilities - Functional
• Provide support in reporting and gather required progress updates and other reporting data.
• Participate in the production of presentations and reports for internal and external use.
• Support Senior Project Delivery team members in the efficient reporting of different data including status, progress and performance of Programs and Projects.
• Assist in monitoring projects/programs progress updates and following up with stakeholders on the completion or delay of project stages.
• Assist Project Delivery Team in the planning and coordination of reporting timelines and commitments.
• Assist in coordinating meetings with other internal and external stakeholders to create informative reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure reports, dashboards and presentations are completed, reviewed and distributed timely.

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience
Any Engineering field or Computer Science background
