Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in the same position, with a strong background in Retail industry core business activities. The candidate must also have experience working with Oracle Fusion / Oddo systems and possess advanced skills in MS Excel. Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is required, and the candidate must have a transferable Iqama based on their resident country.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Manage all cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
- Monitor and maintain accurate cash balances in various accounts.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports related to cash transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper recording of cash transactions in the accounting system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for cash management.
- Process electronic and manual transfers for bank accounts.
- Responsible for payment entries in various bank platforms.
- Ensure all payments are accurately recorded in accounting systems.
- Ensure accounts are funded sufficiently and on time to meet financial obligations.
- Reconcile bank transactions on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Skills
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in the same position.
