  • Use all available methods to source suitable candidates to fill open job vacancies.
  • Pre-screening candidates, ensuring they meet role requirements, and fit the AE vision and values.
  • Interview all sourced candidates and shortlist suitable candidates for final technical interview.
  • Negotiate, collect required documents and draft of job offers for the selected candidates.
  • Coordinate with Admin & Government Relations team for candidate’s documents verification, labour and residency process.
  • Effective use of online and offline candidate sourcing methods to identify, approach and engage talent (e.g., CV databases, internet searching, LinkedIn, talent pools etc.).
  • Ensure the recruitment process is run in compliance with all appropriate local legislation and regulations.
  • Announce new employee on-boarding and co-ordinate with Business Partner to schedule orientation and familiarization program.
  • Liaises with Travel desk and Admin team for relocation arrangement of overseas hiring.
  • Update recruitment tracker regularly and generate weekly/monthly recruitment status report for Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
  • Handle the employee onboarding process.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources, from an accredited institution or equivalent.
  • minimum 6 months to 1 year previous experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
  • Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and relevant software applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving techniques with effective time management skills.
