Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring an Internal Audit Manager to be based in Saudi Arabia.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Develop and implement an audit plan to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Conduct audits ensuring adherence to auditing standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the implementation of audit recommendations and monitor the progress of corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports and presentations for senior management.
• Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders.
• Stay informed of industry developments, emerging risks, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's internal control environment.

Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certified CIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of full-time experience in Accounting & Auditing of which minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial level.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or Big4 is required.
• Strong experience in operational audit, internal control, and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of SFDA and industry-related laws and regulations.
• Must have leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
