  • Represent the company effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of its offerings

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company and its products, research clients needs, and identify how our solutions can address those needs
  • Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and help shape marketing strategy
  • Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book for an active, repeat customer base
  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Seek clients suggestions in improving products to target their needs
  • Assist marketing manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new-product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement
  • Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using outside-the-box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics including field visits
  • Work with account executives to design industry-specific outreach efforts
  • Utilise CRM tools to ensure standardised process throughout all stages of a sale
  • Conduct bi-weekly, month-end and year-end close processes
  • Suggest ideas and methods to meet company sales KPIs
  • Locating to different cities if required
