Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, or CSM
• Strong problem-solving abilities and hands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
• ServiceNow certifications such as System Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist are highly advantageous
