Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and assess compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform risk assessments and safety assessments for projects, recommending corrective actions and improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE policies, practices, and emergency response procedures.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, analyzing root causes and developing strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, preparing reports for management and regulatory authorities.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation, industry standards, and best practices related to health, safety, and environmental management.

Skills
Knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is preferred.
Proficiency in HSE management software and tools is a plus
