The HR & GR Specialist plays a crucial role in managing human resources and government relations within the catering and hospitality sectors. This position is essential for ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations while fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, employee relations, and government liaison, particularly in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
