An excellent opportunity in a dynamic manufacturing environment, for a Global Oil & Gas Service company! We are looking for , Senior Admin II, Logistics (Inventory) :
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Inventory Management:
- Review all The Purchase Requisitions form all APC Branches to ensure the usage of existing Excess inventory. Covering the requirement by the same specification or proposing and discussing a substitution with the different stakeholders such as quality department, sustaining and application engineers, procurement team etc.
- Maintain the global inventory reports on daily basis to update all Inventory dashboards such as the mobility transactions, aging profile, and any other inventory control analysis.
- Assist on the maintenance of the oracle fusion sustainability reporting any system or report deviation and troubleshooting with the stakeholders and IT team to correct and solve system bugs or problems.
- Ensure the Cycle Count procedure is executed by all APC Branches on a periodic bases and support them to get valuable results out this control.
- Support on the Physical count and ensure the procedure is being Follow by all APC Branches.
- Support the Write off exercise and ensure all the parties are following the procedure.
- Minimize overstock situations and recommend solutions for dealing with obsolete, old, and redundant materials to maximize availability of working capital.
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Participate to ensure the sourcing and selection of Parts with internal suppliers on the Excess transfers to ensure the quality, quantity and type of supplier deliverables and services matches APC’s needs and no orders is being released to the 3rd party Suppliers, if we have available on the Excess inventory.
- Conduct negotiations with internal suppliers, applications engineers, procurement team, to ensure APC attains its requirements with best-fit prices, lead-times, and terms and conditions.
- Communicate with external/internal parties (e.g. customs authorities and/or shipping agents, regional procurement teams, application engineers) to verify customs requirements and negotiate shipping costs and times.
- Address and resolve disputes with Parts suppliers without compromising the integrity of APC’s reputation, maintaining and building mid to long-term relationships.
Reporting and Relationship Management:
- Report to Direct line manager throughout (purchases, warehouse movements, parts, or sales) to coordinate scheduled inventory management and control activities, focusing in the efficient usage of the APC Inventory across the all the organization.
- Provide excess transfers analysis, and reporting and control excess transfers, markup segregation, gross margin, inventory levels, turnover, and shrinkage/loss/damages.
- Develop and maintain regular reports and OTBI Analysis (Mobility transactions report, Inventory report, Aging report, dead stock report, Write off, etc.) to keep management updated on a regular basis.
- Report the consolidation Cycle counts results on monthly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and Experience:
- Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience in Inventory Control and Logistics.
- Inventory Material planning knowledge and Excess inventory is preferred.
- Previous Supply Chain and Logistics experience is preferred.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, logistics or equivalent is required.
