Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee all distributor-related processes, including distributor selection, onboarding, due diligence, termination process, and contract management.
- Ensure timely follow-up and completion of all necessary documents and agreements, including the timely signature of contracts.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive governance framework for distributor-related activities.
- Define KPIs for distributor performance evaluation and recommend a distributor award and recognition process.
- Monitor distributor performance against defined KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and take necessary actions to optimize performance.
- Address any issues or discrepancies with distributors promptly, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
- Establish a regular cadence for distributor review meetings, such as quarterly or semi-annual meetings.
- Organize and facilitate these meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are involved.
- Review distributor performance, discuss challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and align goals.
- Manage the invoicing process and confirmation to accounts and NUPCO, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with distributors to facilitate inbound and outbound logistics activities, working closely with the Sales and Strategic Account Management team to ensure timely delivery and avoid penalties.
- Prepare and submit Request for Quotations to distributors, including details such as shelf life, quantities, lead time, and price (DPOs).
Qualifications:
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
- 8 + years of experience in operations management, supply chain management, or a related role in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a distributor-related role.
- Strong knowledge of distributor processes, contract management, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to foster a positive team culture.
- Continuous learner with an interest in staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
