ROLE OVERVIEW
Support in the development of the Retail and F&B strategy for NEOM Mountain and execution thereafter.
This to involve:
- Support in defining the F&B strategy, in line with the vision and positioning of TROJENA. This is to be based on experience, direct market research and research undertaken by third party consultants.
- Engage and build relationships with established and emerging F&B operators from KSA, the GCC region and leading global cities. Maintaining a detailed database of their contact information and requirements.
- Support in the development of detailed P&L for each F&B category, including creation of baseline unit budgets.
- Engage with targeted brands and operators, promoting TROJENA vision and securing offers in line with the leasing strategy.
- Liaise with target restaurants and chefs, where we may consider securing the franchise rights for TROJENA / NEOM.
- Where appropriate liaise with Concept Creators to develop made for TROJENA F&B concepts.
- Liaise with tenants, lawyers and other parties as necessary in order to finalize contracts in a timely manner and ensure tenants open in line with the planned phasing of NEOM Mountain.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in the development and completion of the F&B strategy for TROJENA, having consideration to the broader strategy and targets of TROJENA and NEOM itself.
- Ensure the mix of F&B offers across TROJENA meet the regular needs of the residents, staff and guest populations.
- Identify the leading F&B operators, local, regional and global, that align with the positioning of TROJENA and support in its establishment as a leading global destination.
- Engagement with F&B concept creators for development of new for TROJENA brands to be operated directly by TROJENA or through a retained operational company.
- Support in the tenant mix strategy given the overall position and vision of TROJENA and potential to lease space directly to brands or via their local / regional partners.
- Use experience and knowledge to support in negotiating Heads of Terms and lease terms.
- Post completion of Lease agreements, continue to liaise with retail and F&B tenants, corresponding with internal and external teams, to ensure the tenants open in accordance with the planned completion dates of TROJENA.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 3-5 years work experience
- Experience in F&B or hospitality industry
- Property related experience at international consultancy, leading regional property developer or mall operator.
- Experience in retail property management, leasing, consultancy a plus.
