Sales Manager - Dewatering, Shoring & Pilling Services

  • Preparing sales projection / budget in line with organization's goal,   
  • Creating a short- and long-term sales plans to achieve the target budgets, 
  • Planning and executing the strategies to achieve the projected sales,
  • Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns etc. 
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally,
  • Capturing business opportunities, acquisition of new clients and lead conversion from various marketing channels,
  •  Monthly & quarterly review and verify sales and operational records and reports, uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets.

Skills

  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Fluency in English and good presentation skill,
  • Total 8-12 years of relevant experience working in the Dewatering, Shoring and Pilling services industries.
  • Customer service aptitude.
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
  • Knowledge of computers and basic software applications such as: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
