ROLE OVERVIEW

  • Oversight and coordination of all cost activities for NEOM Projects – OXAGON.
  • Oversees compliance with NEOM Cost Management Procedures.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the interface of Cost Management activities between NEOM Projects – OXAGON and PMC.
  • Provides input to and assists with preparing monthly accruals for NEOM Projects – OXAGON.
  • Provides input to and assists in the development and compilation of the NEOM Project Executive Monthly Report Implements NEOM Project Cost Management Procedures, including Change Management and cascade procedure implementation with PMC organisations.
  • Review Contractor Claim and Variation analysis as requested by the Project organisation.
  • Assist with audits of PMC cost management activities concerning budget control, change control and contingency analysis.
  • Review and oversee annual capital expenditure budget development.

 

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • 10-15 years of cost management experience in total
  • Proven track record of experience as a Cost Manager/Engineer
  • Hands-on experience undertaking cost management tasks, including change management (estimating), budget reconciliation, forecast, Earn Value, Accruals
  • Excellent communication skills with multiple levels of Management
  • Team player with the ability to lead a multinational, multi-dimensional organization.
  • English proficiency
  • Experience with Cost Control Tools SAP, UNIFIER
  • Proficient cost management knowledge of Budget Reconciliation Process, Change Management, Accruals, PMC Services Reporting and Analysis
  • Previous Experience in KSA
  • Preferable five (5) years of cost management experience in the GCC.
  • Additional certification in Cost Engineering is a plus
  • Additional training in excel and other Microsoft applications
